The help and advice which clients receive from Oglethorpe & Broatch
comes from a highly experienced team of solicitors. We have our own extensive
traditional law library and also the latest technology to ensure we are
at the forefront of law developments and business (including banking)
communications.
And we make sure that we are readily available to help you. Our office
is fully staffed at all times during office hours and there is always
someone who can accept your instructions. When the office is closed there
is a 24-hour telephone answering machine. You can also reach us by fax
and e-mail.
As fully qualified solicitors we carry all the professional guarantees,
insurances and standards to protect our clients required by the Law Society
(the body entrusted by Parliament with the professional standards for
solicitors).
In addition, we have since their promulgation implemented the practice
management standards of the Law Society.

Consideration
of clients
We make
it as easy as possible for you to approach us. Our reception staff
are helpful, friendly and welcoming. They will quickly connect you
to the person handling your matter. If you need an appointment we
will usually manage to see you within 24 hours, if not sooner. And
we like to adhere to appointment times – we won’t keep
you hanging about in the waiting room!

If
you have mobility problems, we have wheelchair ramp access. We can
conduct meetings at ground floor level; and stair lifts make access
to upper floors easy if necessary. Home visits can be arranged if
that is what the client requires.
Telephone, fax and e-mail contact are all available if you need us
without coming to the office. We want to make it easy for you to get
in touch. |
