We will give you an estimate of fees and expenses and can also advise independently in connection with surveys, mortgages, deposits, insurance and other features about which you will need to know.
We will explain to you in outline the steps that will be involved and report to you regularly as each phase of the sale/purchase is reached. This helps you to plan a timetable for when you can move and to keep abreast of what is happening.
And of course we deal with all the legal formalities relating to mortgages and registration of ownership, as well as any queries you may have.
